Empowering individuals and building healthy relationships is my passion. For over a decade, I have enjoyed working with children, teenagers, adults and families with diverse challenges around their mental health, behaviour and coping.

I support clients within a nurturing and empathic therapeutic space to develop their capacity to understand, process and build upon their existing personal strengths to enrich their lives in a realistic and meaningful way.

I develop strong, authentic connections with children through play, building emotional awareness and exploring strategies. Parenting is a complex journey, impacted by the unique experiences and expectations of each individual. I understand that daily life can be exhausting. There are times in every family where interactions and connections are challenging. Working collaboratively with parents to understand and process these complex emotions is just as important as providing practical strategies for their children.
